Executive Director and Founder

As the founder and visionary leader of engenetics.org, Dr. Tabyánan is the brains of The Center. With a doctorate in biotechnology from MIT and degrees in pyschology, parapsychology, physics and engineering from the Hiedelburg Institute in Berlin, Dr. Tabyánan leads the world in the study of the field of engenetics.org.

Director of Planning & Operations

Mr. McColt received degrees from MIT and Cal Tech in biotechnology and political science. He has been with Dr. M. E. Tabyánan for over 10 years, and was instrumental in the founding of The Center for engenetics.org Studies. If Dr. M. E. Tabyánan is the visionary brain behind The Center, Mr. McColt is the heart.

Christopher Harle

Director of Internal Security

Mr. Harle has a wide range of experience in the field of security, including Masters degrees in electrical engineering from USC and civil engineering from Virginia Tech. With an outstanding career in the military, Mr. Harle has been the director of internal security for 6 years.

Director of Domestic and International Relations

Ms. Povlovsky holds masters degrees in political science and international relations from the University of Moscow, and has been a key asset to The Center for 4 years. As the face of engenetics.org to the world — second only to The Doctor — she has played an invaluable role in the explosive growth that The Center has seen in the past years.

Director of Finance

Mr. St. James has a long history in the field of finance, including masters degrees in accounting and international finance from the University of London. Mr. St. James is the man responsible for putting all of the donations sent to engenetics.org to the best use possible, making all of the technology employed at The Center possible.

Director of Membership

Ms. Gonzalez has earned masters degrees in psychology and media relations from the University of Notre Dame. She is the reason why membership has grown exponentially in the last 3 years, especially overseas. Ms. Gonzalez has been with The Center for 4 years.

Director of Science and Technology

Mr. Buckley holds doctorate degrees in electrical engineering and biotechnology from MIT. He is responsible for all of the research and development that goes on at The Center, including the massively parallel supercomputer systems used to model engenetics.org systems. Mr. Buckley has been with engenetics.org for 7 years.

With a masters degree in political science and a degree in international relations, Mr. Arctor is the glue that holds The Center together. As Chief of Staff, he organizes the various divisions and ensures everything operates according to Dr. Tabyánan’s direction.
